Relationships

Relationships are the foundational connections that bind us to one another. Relationships can anchor us to our community, or create conflict within and between us. Citizenship considers multiple levels of relationships including to family members and friends, to neighborhoods and communities, and to systems that affect all people in society. Citizenship supports and fosters relationships that enrich individuals. Those relationships, we believe, form the basis of strong communities.
