Project Connect links people in recovery with community-based opportunities.

Project Connect

On the individual level, Project Connect connects people with psychiatric challenges with their communities through their own interests and passions. Rather than encouraging individuals to choose from a pre-determined menu of activities, Project Connect starts with the person and their hopes, dreams, interests, and values. Project Connect promotes and supports mutual, reciprocal relationships between participants and the community to which they belong.

In Project Connect, we offer personally tailored support from project staff, including peer specialists. Often, we find that a person’s goals and connections evolve to fit changing interests and circumstances in their life. We work with people throughout this evolution, adapting to change alongside them.
